Vega Plus pouch making machine is a fully-automatic machine that is used in the production of different types of pouches, such as pouches with full bleed print (with no print plate brake), retort pouches with notch-less rounded corners, flat bottom pouches, side gusseted zipper pouches, pouches from un-supported co-ex films, pouches with separate top and bottom printed film with registration control. The operator of Vega Plus pouch making machine can use this machine to easily and quickly process laminated and co-extruded films.
This machine is unique as it uses Servo technology to deliver and enhance processing benefits especially in the areas of tension control and real seal time control. This machine can be availed in different working widths, including 410 mm (16"), 610 mm (24"), 820 mm (32") and 1020 mm (40"). The pouches can be produced in different sizes and can be printed as per the customers' brand. The printed pouches can be used for packing dog food, fertilizer, dry fruit, spices and many more products.
